Yes. Each Subscription has an initial, non-cancelable term of either three months or one year (depending on which plan you choose), subject to certain limited exceptions set forth in the Regal UnlimitedTM Rules.
There are a couple of important differences:
- The monthly plan will be billed on a monthly basis for the applicable initial term (either three months or one year, depending on the plan you choose), and then will automatically renew and be billed on a monthly basis thereafter until it is cancelled. Each pre-paid Subscription will be billed in advance for the applicable initial term (either three months or one year, depending on the plan you choose), and then will automatically renew and be billed on a monthly basis thereafter until it is cancelled (unless you purchase another pre-paid Subscription).
- n the event of Subscription cancellation, your billing schedule and right to receive refunds may differ slightly depending on whether you have a monthly plan or a pre-paid plan.
Yes. Both programs use the App.
If you change mobile devices, access to your Subscription will be disabled on your old device and must be activated on your new device. Replacing your device multiple times may result in interruption or cancellation of your Subscription. Please contact Customer Relations to discuss any issues with your Subscription that occur when changing your device.
You can manage your Subscription information via the App, by signing in to your Crown Club account online or by contacting Customer Relations. Payment methods must be changed via the App or by signing in to your Crown Club account online.
Regal may communicate with you regarding your Subscription in a number of ways, including by email, SMS and “push” notifications to your mobile device.
No. Your Subscription and Subscription Pass may be used to make reservations and obtain admission tickets by you only.
No. Your Subscription Pass is digital only and located in the App.
No. The photograph you used while signing up for your Subscription may not be changed our replaced during the three-month or one-year (depending on the plan you select) initial term of your Subscription.
- Monthly Subscription: At end of term, the Unlimited Subscription will automatically renew and will continue month-to-month until cancelled in accordance with the Regal UnlimitedTM Rules.
- Pre-Paid Subscription: At end of term, the Unlimited Subscription will automatically renew and will continue month-to-month unless you elect to purchase another pre-paid Subscription plan (either a three-month Subscription or a one-year Subscription) by notifying Customer Relations or until cancelled in accordance with the Regal UnlimitedTM Rules.
Yes! Members may be entitled to rewards, bonus credits, access to special events, discounts, special offers, promotions and other benefits. These benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other Regal promotion or discount and may not be used to purchase alcohol. Details regarding these benefits may be made available to you via the App or in Regal’s email, SMS or other communications to you.
