Regal Unlimited™ Refer-a-Friend Program Terms

The following terms and conditions, collectively with any and all documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, these “Terms”), govern your participation in Regal Entertainment Group’s (“Regal”) Regal UnlimitedTM (“Unlimited”) Refer-A-Friend program (the “Program”). Under the Program, any existing Unlimited member (“referrer”, “you”, or “your”) that refers a referee (as defined below) to Unlimited is eligible to receive one month of Unlimited for “free” if ( a) the referee signs up for a qualifying Unlimited subscription plan (a “Subscription”) and (b) you and the referee each maintain an active Subscription from the date of the referee’s sign-up until (i) the referee completes their initial Subscription period and (ii) you have made at least 3 consecutive months of Unlimited payments since the start of your Subscription.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND TO COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.

What is Refer-a-Friend?

The Program allows referrers to generate a promotional referral code (a “Code”) that can be redeemed by prospective Unlimited members who have never had a Subscription (“referees”). If the referee uses a Code when signing up for Unlimited (and if both the referrer and the referee otherwise satisfy all applicable Program requirements, including all required minimum Subscription periods), a credit in an amount equal to one (1) month of fees for the applicable Subscription (a “Credit”) will be applied automatically to the referrer’s next subscription payment if they have completed their 3 month contract, and to the referee’s next subscription payment upon completion of their initial 3 or 12 month contract.

How are Codes generated?

  • Referrers can generate Codes in Regal's “Regal: Movie Tickets & Times” mobile application (the “Regal App”) by going to “Account”, “Subscription Details”, then “Refer-A-Friend”.
  • The referrer can share the Code with the referee by (i) following the on-screen instructions within the Regal App or (ii) copying the generated Code and sending it to the referee.

How are Codes redeemed?

  • When signing up for Unlimited, the referee may redeem the Code by typing it in the “Unlimited Promo” field and following all other on-screen instructions at check out.

How are Credits received?

  • A credit will automatically be applied to the referrer's next subscription payment, given they have completed their 3 month contract and any other applicable Program requirements.
  • A credit will automatically be applied to the referee's subscription payment following the completion of their initial 3 or 12 month contract, and any other applicable Program requirements.

Who is Eligible?

Any Unlimited member in good standing can refer a friend. However, no Credit will be awarded or applied (i) until the referrer has been an Unlimited member for 3 consecutive months and the referee has been an Unlimited member for the duration of their initial Subscription period (in each case, with no missed or deficient payments or periods of suspension, termination, or inactive status) or (ii) if the referrer or the referee violates any term or condition of these Terms, including any term or condition in the Regal UnlimitedTM Rules, which are incorporated herein by this reference.

How many Codes can be redeemed?

Limit of 12 Credits per Subscription year per referrer. Limit of 1 Credit per referee.

Additional Program Terms

Available Credits (if any) will be automatically applied toward the next Subscription payment of the authorized account holder of the referrer’s and the referee’s respective Unlimited accounts. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person to whom the Unlimited account was issued by Regal . Each referrer and referee is responsible for any and all applicable taxes (including all applicable federal, state, territorial, and/or local taxes) with respect to any consideration, benefit, and/or value paid to (or received by) such referrer or referee in connection with participation in the Program. If payment is required, and any referrer or referee does not pay such taxes prior to receiving the Credit, such Credit will be deemed forfeited. No Code or Credit may be combined with any other coupon, discount, offer, or promotion. Credits may not be transferred and are not valid toward any previous purchase. Codes and Credits may not be resold, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash or any gift card or e-gift card. Any consideration paid by any referrer or referee in connection with their eligibility to receive Credits is solely related to the underlying Subscription purchased. No substitutions or rain checks will be issued.

Referrers are the actual sender of all communications they may send in connection with the Program and must comply with all applicable laws. Codes must be created and distributed in a responsible manner that is appropriate and customary for digital communications. By sending any communications as part of the Program, referrers represent that they have obtained the appropriate permission and consent to send the communications to the recipients they select. Bulk communications or email distribution to strangers, distribution to persons who have requested to not receive Program communications, or any other use of the services described herein in a manner inconsistent with the intent of the Program, is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination from further participation in the Program and further legal action. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Regal, its affiliates, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or are related to any communications you send in association with the Program. Regal has no obligation to monitor the Program; however, Regal may choose to do so and may, in its sole discretion, restrict participation in the Program if it determines that any action by any referrer or referee is fraudulent, suspicious, and/or in violation of these Terms. Referrers must disclose when sending Codes that they will receive a Credit if the referee uses the Code when signing up for a Subscription.

Access and use of any and all Regal websites and mobile applications (including the Regal App and REGmovies.com) in connection with this promotion is subject to Regal’s Terms of Service which is incorporated herein by this reference. The Program and all Subscriptions are subject to all applicable terms and conditions, including the Regal Unlimited Rules. Regal reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program and/or these Terms at any time. Additional restrictions may apply.
