The fee is for the ability to purchase your tickets online or in the Regal app and ensures you are receiving the seats that you desire without encountering a sold-out show. For this convenience, we charge a small fee per ticket.

A fee (~$1.50 per ticket) collected at the theatre box office for our premium viewing experience at Premium or Luxury Seating locations. Please check the Regal App or online for applicable fees and surcharges (IMAX®, RPX®, 3D, 4DX® and restricted film) that may apply.

Regal theatres have specific ticket pricing based on market or territory. To locate pricing information on our website, please enter your zip code under the Regal logo in the top section of the homepage. Scroll down to the theatre you plan to visit and click on the theatre name. There you will find theatre showtime and pricing information.

To receive a student discount, you must currently be a student and show your student ID This discount is available at the box office only.

Yes! Regal’s policy for a Senior Citizen’s ticket is age 60 and over.

To receive a military discount, you must be an active or retired military veteran. A military discount is available at the box office only and ID must be presented at the time of ticket purchase.

Email notifications will be shared with Crown Club members who have a valid email address, specifying the date/time of the free screening. Then, you will simply add your free tickets in the Regal app when selecting this showtime or claim tickets at the box office at participating theatres. NOTE: The free screening is not valid on any other movies or showtimes on any other day of the week. No cash value, non-transferrable.

The matinee hours may vary by theatre location based on market or territory. Visit your local theatre the find out details on matinee hours. Not all Regal locations offer a bargain matinee price discount.

Refunds are available in certain limited circumstances described below:

• You can receive refunds for tickets up to 60 minutes before the showtime. For purchases made online via Regal’s mobile apps or websites please follow the refund tickets link on the confirmation email you received or use our Contact Us form on the website. Funds will be returned to the same payment card or gift card used to make the booking and Crown Club movie ticket rewards loaded to your Crown Club card will be restored to your Crown Club account, but please note that (i) convenience fees for tickets booked online via Regal’s mobile apps or websites will not be refunded, and (ii) redeemed Crown Club credits cannot be refunded or restored by Regal or re-used by you. For tickets purchased through3rd party agencies such as Fandango, , guests must contact the agency directly.. There are no refunds after the printed showtime.

Yes, refunds or readmission passes will be issued in the event your movie is cancelled.
