Private Watch Party — Help Center

Booking a Private Watch Party allows you to host a movie screening in a dedicated Regal auditorium for up to 40 guests. Imagine bringing your friends and family together to watch the newest blockbuster on the big screen!

You can bring up to 40 total people, including yourself. We do not have the ability to add additional guests for Private Watch Parties at this time.

Most current release movies are available for Private Watch Parties. Movies coming soon may be booked in advance, subject to availability.

Absolutely! Please note that children of any age (including infants) count in your guest total, as the state and local safety guidelines also count them. For safety reasons, your Private Watch Party should always have adult supervision of minors in the auditorium. Also, guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

Private Watch Parties are only available in standard formats.

Private Watch Parties are for 40 attendees at the cost of 40 tickets.

Requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and up to 6 weeks in advance of the event date. Private Watch Parties are available at select locations on the following days: Monday - Sunday: 11AM, 1PM, 4PM, 7PM.

All confirmed Private Watch Party bookings are final within 7 business days of the event and refunds will not be allowed. Private Watch Parties may not be rescheduled for another date within 7 business days of the event.

Regal's Group Sales Agent will provide an email confirmation with instructions once your Private Watch Party is confirmed.

You paid for a private screening, so it is not a public showing. In this unique setting, we will leave that decision up to you.

Due to safety and cleaning concerns as well as overall movie presentation-quality, decorations are not permitted in the auditorium, nor is any outside food or drinks.
