Yes! If you are a Regal Crown Club member and purchased your tickets while logged in to your account you can easily transfer your tickets to the Regal mobile app with the following steps:
You can receive refunds for tickets up to 60 minutes before the showtime. For purchases made online via Regal’s mobile apps or websites please follow the refund tickets link on the confirmation email you received or use our Contact Us form on the website. Funds will be returned to the same payment card or gift card used to make the booking and Crown Club movie ticket rewards loaded to your Crown Club card will be restored to your Crown Club account, but please note that (i) convenience fees for tickets booked online via Regal’s mobile apps or websites will not be refunded, and (ii) redeemed Crown Club credits cannot be refunded or restored by Regal or re-used by you.
