Private Watch Party — Terms & Conditions

  • A Private Watch Party is a private screening for 30 or fewer guests (unless up to 40 attendees has been approved).  No additional tickets can be purchased to accommodate more than 40 attendees.
  • Access to the auditorium will be available 30 minutes prior to the movie’s start time.  You will have the option to include or exclude trailers and pre-show programming during the 30-minute access period. You must exit the auditorium at the conclusion of the movie to make room for upcoming public movie shows.
  • You agree that you will only use the auditorium for you and your guests to watch an approved movie.  No other use of the auditorium is permitted without prior permission.  Regal reserves the right to stop your Private Watch Party if unauthorized conduct occurs.  Regal is not obligated to provide a refund or compensation if a Private Watch Party is stopped because of unauthorized conduct.
  • No outside food or drinks are permitted.  Exceptions may be made to allow cake, cupcakes, or other items that are not available at the theatre concession stand.  Once a Private Watch Party has been confirmed, you will need to contact a member of the theatre management team at your event location.
  • No Private Watch Party is confirmed until payment has been received and a member of the Group Sales Team or theatre management team have provided confirmation. 
  • Any change or cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to your Private Watch Party.  Regal is not obligated to provide a refund or to reschedule a Private Watch Party if a cancellation request or change request is made within 7 days of the original date.
  • PayPal is Regal’s exclusive online payment partner for Private Watch Parties booked through the Regal Group Sales Team.
