The following terms and conditions apply to all movie tickets (physical & print at home), concession vouchers (physical & print at home), and gift cards (physical and eGift):

Regal Movie Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using any Regal® movie ticket or electronic ticket, including any “VIP,” “Premiere,” or “Ultimate Movie Pack” ticket (each, a “Ticket”), provided by Regal Entertainment Group or any of its affiliates (“Regal”), you hereby accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Provisions

  • Tickets do not expire.
  • Tickets are valid for any showtime, any day of the week.
  • Tickets are valid at all Regal theatre locations.
  • Tickets are not valid to private screenings or special events, such as marathons, double features, fan screenings, MET Opera, Fathom Events, some foreign language films, sporting events, and concerts.
  • Tickets can be redeemed at the theatre, kiosk, via the “Regal: Movie Tickets & Rewards” mobile application (the “Regal App”), or on www.regmovies.com. Tickets cannot be redeemed at Fandango.com or other third-party websites.
  • Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable.
  • Tickets carry no cash value. No substitutions or exchanges are permitted.
  • Tickets are not for promotional purposes or for resale, unless approved by Regal.
  • VIP Tickets (discontinued 2018, but still accepted) are not valid for the first 12 days of selected new release films; however, an upgrade fee may be paid for admission to these studio restricted films.
  • Redemptions are subject to verification by Regal.
  • Prices may vary in theatre.

Convenience Fees

A non-refundable convenience fee (“Fee”) will be payable when purchasing tickets online through the Regal App or www.regmovies.com. The Fee is charged in addition to the price of each ticket and the amount of the Fee will be displayed during the online ticket purchase process. If you would prefer not to pay the Fee, it is possible to purchase tickets at the theatre in person, where it will not apply. By confirming your online booking, you agree to pay the Fee, in addition to the price payable for tickets. Fees may vary by ticket type (for example, tickets for 2D showtimes may have a lower Fee than tickets for IMAX showtimes).

Surcharges

Regal may charge you the surcharges below at the theatre box office upon redemption of the Ticket. Please contact the theatre directly to obtain the amount of the surcharge. Regal reserves the right to change or add surcharges from time to time without notice.

  • A “Premium Format” surcharge will apply to all IMAX®, RPX®, PLF, 3D, ScreenX® and 4DX® redemptions. Fees vary by format and location – Check with your local theatre for specific rate information.
  • A “Recliner surcharge” will apply when tickets are redeemed for shows with recliner seating – at locations where standard seating is an option. Fee varies by location – Check with your local theatre for specific rate information.
  • A “High-Market” surcharge will be applied to all tickets redeemed in California, New York, & New Jersey. Fee varies by location – Check with your local theatre for specific rate information.
  • A “Location-Based” surcharge will be applied to all tickets redeemed at the following locations.

Regal Gift Card & e-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using any (a) Regal® physical gift card (“Gift Card”) and (b) Regal® electronic gift card referred to as “eCard” or “eGift Card” (“e-Gift Card”)  provided by Regal Entertainment Group or any of its affiliates (“Regal”), you hereby accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are redeemable only in person at Regal theatres, via the “Regal: Movie Tickets & Rewards” mobile application (the “Regal App”), and on www.regmovies.com for general admission tickets, food, and beverage items. Notwithstanding the foregoing, concessions Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are valid and redeemable for concession purchases only.
  • Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash except at Regal theatres where required by law.
  • You may not transfer or resell any Gift Card or e-Gift Card.
  • Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards carry no expiration date or any activation, service, dormancy or inactivity fees.
  • Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards may be added to the Regal App after purchase. However, funds will remain active on physical gift cards until redeemed.
  • Value of Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards cannot be applied toward the purchase of any “Premiere” or “Ultimate Movie Pack” tickets, concession vouchers, or other gift cards.
  • Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards cannot be applied toward tickets related to private screenings, group sales, business events, and select special events.
  • Treat and protect Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards as cash. If any Gift Card or e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, proof of purchase and proper identification will be required to obtain a replacement Gift Card or e-Gift Card. The replacement value will be the value of the Gift Card or e-Gift Card at the time you request its replacement. A small processing fee will be applied to replace the Gift Card or e-Gift Card.
  • Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded. Check card balance at www.regmovies.com.
  • From time to time, Regal may offer special promotional Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards as a bonus or reward. Terms applicable to such promotional Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards will be specified on the cards and may differ from the terms set forth herein.
  • Any assistance with e-Gift Cards should be directed to Buyatab Customer Support directly via email at: [email protected] or by phone at 1-833-700-2157.

Regal makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any Gift Card or e-Gift Card, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All disputes will be governed by New York state law. Venue will be in state and federal courts in Tennessee. Regal Voucher Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or using any (a) Regal® concession voucher or (b) Regal UnlimitedTM voucher ((a) and (b), each, a “voucher”) provided by Regal Entertainment Group or any of its affiliates (“Regal”), you hereby accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • 3-Month Regal Unlimited Voucher:  This voucher is redeemable only in Regal’s “Regal: Movie Tickets & Rewards” mobile application (the “Regal App”) for a 3-month Regal UnlimitedTM All Access subscription plan. This voucher cannot be redeemed in theatres.
  • 12-Month Regal Unlimited Voucher:  This voucher is redeemable only in Regal’s “Regal: Movie Tickets & Rewards” mobile application for a 12-month Regal UnlimitedTM All Access subscription plan. This voucher cannot be redeemed in theatres.
  • Small Popcorn Voucher: This voucher is redeemable only at participating Regal theatre location concession stands for one (1) small popcorn (subject to availability). Applicable product fees apply if larger size item is requested. Not valid with any other offer.
  • Small Drink Voucher:  This voucher is redeemable only at participating Regal theatre location concession stands for one (1) small soft drink or one (1) small bottle of water (subject to availability). Applicable product fees apply if larger size item or if frozen beverage is requested. Not valid for any alcoholic beverage or with any other offer.
  • Candy Voucher:  This voucher is redeemable only at participating Regal theatre location concession stands for one (1) small, regular, medium or large size candy item (subject to availability). This voucher may not be redeemed for any extra-large size candy item. Not valid with any other offer.
  • Snack Pack Voucher:  This voucher is redeemable only at participating Regal theatre location concession stands for one (1) Snack Pack (subject to availability). “Snack Pack” means a snack-size portion of popcorn, a junior-size soft drink and a snack-size bag of Welch’s Fruit Snacks (subject to availability). Applicable product fees apply if item substitution or frozen beverage is requested. Not valid for with a larger size beverage. Not valid with any other offer.

All vouchers must be redeemed in full and may not be redeemed for any Regal gift card or e-gift card. Vouchers carry no cash value, are not redeemable for cash (unless required by law), and do not expire. All vouchers must be redeemed at a participating Regal theatre location concession stand and are not valid in the Regal App or on www.regmovies.com. Regal does not charge any activation, service, dormancy, or inactivity fees in connection with this voucher. Resale is prohibited. All vouchers are non-transferable and subject to verification by Regal. Vouchers will not be replaced if damaged, lost, or stolen unless required by law. Regal is not responsible for any unauthorized use of any voucher. Regal makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any voucher, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If any voucher is non-functional, your sole remedy and Regal’s sole liability shall be the replacement of such voucher. All disputes will be governed by New York state law. Venue will be in state and federal courts in Tennessee.
